Here’s a quick and fun project that is great for stash-busting! This is the Rosella Top by The Sewing Revival.
I used a bunch of leftover/unused jersey knits from my stash including these fun octopi leftover from the McCall’s 6886 dress I made. The cuffs and hem band are hot pink to match the contrast colour on the octopi (my camera canNOT seem to capture that colour properly — sorry), and the back is a plain black jersey.
The design of the top is very simple, but I love how it allows for playing with colour blocking and mixing various fabrics, including a combination of wovens and knits if desired.
